Guidelines for Presentation:
Oral Presentation:
Abstract should not exceed more than 250 words.
Only “Time New Roman” font is allowed.
Title should be precise & should be followed by author name and affiliation.
Name of the presenting author should be underlined.
Abstract should be structured (Objectives, Materials and Methods, Results and Conclusions)
Abstract should be neatly typed with one inch right and left margins, double spaced in MS Word Format (Office 2019 & Above)
Poster Size should be 24” (Breadth) x 35” (Height)
Title, Author’s Name, Affiliations should be included at the top of the poster.
Poster should include introduction, methods, results & discussion.
Poster should be fixed one hour prior to commencement of the session
Delegates registering for conference should be the members of the Association of Anatomists and are eligible for oral and poster presentation. Non - members should include Annual membership fee of Rs.300 along with delegate fee.
